Following on from our strategic review and months of stakeholder engagement at Hearing Dogs, we have a renewed focus, purpose and clear direction to take us forward over the next five years.

We’re building a new Income Generation Directorate to expand our income streams, reach new audiences and scale our impact.

The new roles will focus on commercial ventures, in-kind support, major donors, trusts and foundations, as well as corporate partnerships. This represents a rare opportunity for experienced fundraisers to build programmes from the ground up, delivering significant income growth and financial stability, as well as reducing the charity’s reliance on legacy income.
